14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all purchases — both the weekly subscription and the one-time full report. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Weekly plan: $1 charged today for 7 days of access, then $19.99/week unless canceled. One-time plan: single $9.99 charge — no subscription, no recurring billing.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@loveprofile.tech from the email address used at checkout. Include your purchase date and, if available, your quiz session link. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Polar to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. For weekly subscriptions, canceling via the account billing portal stops future charges; contact us for a refund of charges within the 14-day window.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are handled by Polar. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
